Hire of conference rooms and classrooms

1. Pictures of our conference room in the disposition for 14 or 20 sitting places with desk + a leading person. Airconditioning, 2 x flipcharts, projector, copier and printer. Parking: 2 park places in an internal parking lot.

The setup of tables and chairs according to the client disposition. Pictures show some example dispositions. Conference room for up to 25 persons costs 270zł per whole day (10hrs) or 135zł per half a day (up to 5 hours). A 50% discount will be given for our regular clients who has one of the above described Packages). Price includes : the use of every office appliance in the office, the office kitchen, cloak room, coffee service etc.

Coffee service (hot drinks to choose from + a cookie) served by our staff: only 5 PLN per person: see pictures below.

2. Pictures of our small conference room for up to 10-12 people. Also airconditioned, projector, TV, The price is 45 PLN + VAT per 1 hour. Coffee service 5 PLN per person. Using this rooms in the weekend please add 15 PLN per 1 hour.

3. Cosy, airconditioned, 2 small meeting rooms also available for hire. Price : 30 PLN + VAT per hour. Please book at least 1 day in advance.

Payments: cash at the front desk or the money transfer.
