The STANDARD Package for 390zł a month includes:
- prestigous address in a graet location
- easy to get to (by the SKM train station Wzgórze Św. Maksymiliana just by the new shopping mall RIVIERA)
- official address of your company
- professional place to meet your clients or your friends, caffee, tea etc.
- your Post Office address (our employees will let You know if there's a new letter/package for You)
- Your private cabinet for documents (with the key)
- secretary assistance
- free initial help from our lawyer (english speaking)
- also for you for daily use: a desk, wi-fi, meeting rooms, equiped kitchen, cloak-room, laser printer and a copier, 2 toilets etc.
- good, friendly atmosphere
The office is opened for You from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. This package entitles You to use it for maksimum 25 hours a week.
In addition we offer:
- optional care for your children (aged 1.5 - 9 year old) - it's a special offer prepared for our clients by the Foundation from Gdynia named "Bomalihu" (http://www.bomalihu.org.pl). This kindergarten (Galeria Malucha) is located 5-8 minutes walk from our office on Traugutta 2 Street. Call us for detiles on + 48 602416200 (English speking staff)
The MINIMUM Package for 250 zł a month includes:
- virtual address of your company
- professional place to meet with your clients (up to 4 hours a week)
- your Post Office address (our employees will let You know if there's a new letter/package for You so you could pick it up)
The Prestige Package for 760 zł a month includes (for our regular clients):
- all the above
- your private desk with key-locked cabinet (only 2 packages left)
- 24 hour access to the office
Simple rent agreement (one A4 page) signed for an unspecified time for your convenience.
One time money deposit 380zł.
Additional services:
- for external clients (not having one of the above 3 packages) we rent a cosy conference room for up to 10 people for 45 zloty an hour (45zł /h) (you can also order a coffee service - water and hot drinks served by our secretary for maximum 10 people for the cost of 20 zł (12,3zł incl.VAT) or 10zł for our regular clients.
Conference room for up to 25 persons costs 270zł per whole day (10hrs) or 135zł per half a day (up to 5 hours). A 50% discount will be given for our regular clients who has one of the above described Packages.
- for external clients (not having one of the above 3 packages) we offer a place to work or meet your clients for 30zł an hour (30PLN /1h) You are given a desk and Internet access and the access to the whole 100m2 office and its facilities.
